COLOUR
Deep ruby of medium intensity

AROMA
The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon shows complex uplifted  berry aromas with toasty charry oak and a touch of spice.

PALATE
The rich berry flavours carries through to the palate. The excellent structure is  beautifully balanced by supple tannins.  The finish is long and satisfying.

This wine has excellent cellaring potential. Put it away for up to 8 years or longer. It is a real treat to walk into the cellar and pick out a special bottle of wine for a special occasion.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Your favourite Sunday roast with baked potatoes and sautée fresh vegetables.
