This delightful well balanced wine has the potential to reward those who can cellar it for 5 to 8 years. It is deep ruby red and bright. An aroma of savory black olives and cracked pepper with classy vanilla oak providing great complexity. The complex blend of black cherry and savoury spicy flavours are complemented by subtle vanilla oak and firm fine tannins. The mouth feel is smooth and the finish long and satisfying.

Lamb cutlets on baked parsnip and wilted spinach leaves.
