Murdoch Hill
Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
Produced in the ‘cool climate’ of the Adelaide Hills this
cabernet sauvignon displays all the traditional blackcurrant fruit
flavours associated with the grape- often described as ‘Ribena’
with alcohol! There are also hints of other classic flavours
including chocolate and tannins, giving it a smooth finish and a
good lasting flavour.
This wine won the Silver Medal at the Australian National Cool
Climate Show 2003.
