Winemaker’s comments

The colour is deep ruby magenta with medium purple hue. The aromas. Are rich ripe dark fruit characters with spices and white pepper evident together with integrated spicy vanillan oak. The palate reveals the ripe berry fruits and spicy characters, Subtle integrated oak gives good palate weight and structure. Medium to fine grain tannins with good persistence are evident.

Food accompaniments

This shiraz will complement meat and pasta dishes.
