2000 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker's comments

The second Morambro Creek Cabernet is dark purple in colour. Displays red berry fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant) mint and vanilla aromas. Once again the reduced yield in the vineyard is evident on the palate with the wine showing intense berry fruits, hints of chocolate and is finely balanced with a firm tannin structure giving a long concentrated finish. It is drinking very well now and will cellar for 6 to 8 years.
