Cannibal Creek
2002 Chardonnay
Winemaker's comments
Nectarine and ripe peach,
rich honeycomb with delicate Allier French oak completes a very
balanced wine. The combination of ripe fruit, balanced natural
acidity and lees stirring has produced a very complex wine which is
drinking really well now and will develop in the next 3-7 years.

vintage chardonnay from this small Gippsland winery is just coming
to the end of its run and is very good - nutty, complex, savory,
textural.
